Co-Owner/SENCO

Michelle holds a level 5 qualification in Childcare and has co owned ABC since 2008.

Michelle is ABC’s Special Educational needs co coordinator and has a wealth of experience in this role and is one she is extremely passionate about.

Co-Owner

Rachel holds a level 4 qualification in Childcare. Rachel has co owned ABC since 2008.

She loves being with the children and especially loves showing her creative side.

Manager

Amanda has been working at ABC since 2015.

She holds a level 3 qualification in Childcare and is working towards a level 5 qualification.

Amanda is an extremely experienced member of the team and is passionate about her role as manager ensuring children gain as many skills as possible.

Deputy Manager

Emma holds an NNEB qualification and is experienced in looking after children from babies onwards.

Emma has been at ABC since 2021,she is loving and motherly and especially loves working with the ABC babies.

Room Supervisor

Kathy is qualified to a level 3 and has an abundance of experience. She has been with us at ABC since 2010.

Kathy is quiet and calm and is a huge asset to our team. She is loved by all.

Room Leader

Georgia holds a level 3 qualification in childcare and has worked in early years for 10 years.

Georgia has been with ABC since summer 2021 and is an organised member of our team, she has since taken on the role as ABC Extra Leader too.

Key Person

Pauline gained her level 3 qualification in 2006 and has worked at ABC since 2017.

Pauline is extremely experienced, and is an excellent role model to all. Pauline has superb sign language skills and we continue to learn daily from her.

Claire joined ABC in 2021 and really is a delight to work with.

She is extremely warm hearted and is just lovely to be around. Claire is extremely popular amongst all children and loves sharing her wonderful ideas and experiences with all.

Hannah has a level 3 qualification in childcare and has been part of the ABC team since 2020.

She is so kind and gentle and brings a lovely calming energy into the nursery.

Abbie has worked at ABC since 2017 and is such an asset to our team. 

She is such fun to be with, always happy and smiling and the children love being with her.

Rachael holds a level 3 qualification in Childcare and joined the ABC team in 2021.

Rachael is extremely jolly and loves to make everyone laugh. She especially enjoys joining in with our dress up days.

Mandy is qualified to a level 3 and has worked in early years for many years.

She has been part of the ABC team since 2012 and is so kind, caring and fun. Mandy is wonderful to be around and is a huge asset to our team.

Aimee has been at ABC since 2023, she is Level 3 qualified and has worked in early years for many years and has a wealth of experience. She is extremely knowledgeable and a huge support to our team.

She has worked in early years for some time and is super fun and she is very popular with the children. Demi always has a smile on her face and lightens the room.

She is level 3 qualified and is an asset to our team. Daisy is calm, caring and thoughtful and loved by all.

Gemma has been at ABC since 2023, she is one of our trainees who is a natural with the children. Gemma is so loving and always happy and the children just love being with her.

Lucia was at ABC when she was just 2 years old. We are so happy that she returned as a volunteer whist completing her qualification. She also works at our Out of schools club.

ABC extra play worker

Alex works at our out of schools club. He used to come to ABC when he was younger and we are delighted to now have him on our team.

Mandy has worked at ABC Extra since 2018 and is kind, caring and always a calming influence on us all

Kayla works with us at ABC Extra, she is an ex ABC pupil and it's lovely to have her back with us at ABC, she especially loves being creative

Remi has been working at ABC since 2021. She came to us as a volunteer whist studying for her degree in Early Years. Remi is kind, caring and extremely knowledgeable. She is loved by all.
